I stumbled on this company by accident. I was researching light weight Travel Trailers that I could tow with my Honda Pilot. I saw a video posted by MD Adventures on Youtube, which lead me to research Escape, Casita and Scamp. After several months of research and actually looking at a few Escapes and a Scamp, I made my decision to purchase an Escape. I placed my deposit exactly one year ago on a 17B F1 inventory. Even though it was an inventory model, I was able to personalize with many upgrades, including electric hitch, rear view camera, and reading lights. My trailer was delivered to me in January. The whole process was smooth. This is my first ever camper and really did not know much about them. Escape has been so very helpful with issues that I have had as well as taking care of several warranty issues. I did have two major issues both of which have been taken care of. In the year that I have owned my trailer, I have gone on 7 trips, and visited 4 states. Can’t wait to visit more this spring.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my first travel trailer from Escape. Shawn gave me a video walkthrough and answered my many questions. Linda was incredibly helpful with selecting options and customizing my 21C, and Tanya was helpful with the payment process, and Trista helped the delivery process go smoothly. All four of them were very friendly and accommodating.

Because I live in Florida and had no prior RV experience, I chose to have my trailer delivered to Escape’s partner, Retro Renos in Jacksonville. They did a thorough inspection and gave me a multi-hour orientation and driving lesson. Their support was exceptional! I left feeling prepared and confident towing my new trailer 250 miles home.

I truly love my Escape! The fiberglass construction was a major reason I chose it (no seams to leak) and it’s light enough for my midsize SUV. The design is thoughtful and very beginner-friendly. Minutes after leaving the Retro Renos lot, I ended up giving a mini-tour to a couple who were considering a fiberglass trailer, and it was fun to show them all the things I was excited about.

Overall, Escape made the process of buying my first trailer excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended!

We bought our 21NE in July 2021 and love it as much today as we did the first time we saw it. We have had countless trips across the USA ranging from 3 to 35 days and cannot say enough about the quality, durability and ease of use. The trailer provides a comfortable u-dinette sitting area and queen bed, the storage can’t be beat, and we never feel like we are “roughing it” in our second home on wheels. We look forward to planning our trips every January and hope to do so for many, many years to come. And – the crew in Chilliwack can’t be beat! Always cheerful, with quick response to emails and eager to make our customer service experiences the best they can be (we had a recall on our stove top). One of the best trailers and companies in the market!

My wife and I recently flew across Canada to visit Escape Industries in Chilliwack, British Columbia. We are looking for a quality-built trailer that we can use for a long time, requires less maintenance, and then recoup most (if not all) of our investment when we are ready to sell. After much research, we think that Escape trailers check those boxes. We met very friendly staff at Escape who took the time to help us, to show us around multiple trailers, provided us with options, and made us feel welcome. Thank you to Christina, Linda, Samuel, and Sean for taking the time to help us. After our visit, my wife and I are certain that an Escape trailer is in our near future. Now, our only question is, 21C or 5.0?

After months of research comparing various RVs, I came to the conclusion that Escape Trailers were the best for me. They combined light weight and quality design & construction. I reached out to them as at that point I had not seen one, the research had been based on spec and owners’ reviews. The Escape Forum was a great source of information. Escape put me in touch with an owner as part of their of their ambassador program. Seeing one and talking with the owner confirmed my choice. Soon after I purchased a 5 year old unit as it had all the features and options I was looking for. Escape trailers are known to keep their value over time. They have been very responsive to my inquiries while learning about the specific of my 2020 Escape E19. I recommend Escape Trailers.
